Key Results \/ Major Accomplishments<\/td>\n<td width=\"804\">\n<ul>\n<li>1,086 sessions were conducted at the community level by the 50 adolescent pregnant and parenting groups to change behaviors and enhance knowledge in health education.<\/li>\n<li>988 home visits (1st visit) were conducted at the community level across different months for 591 adolescents to provide direct maternal and newborn health counseling, track antenatal care visits, and identify early health risks at the household level.<\/li>\n<li>64 community dialogues were conducted at the community level to increase knowledge regarding the health system, address local health concerns, and decrease traditional cultural barriers.<\/li>\n<li>2 birth preparedness plan (BPP) orientations were conducted at the community level to educate pregnant women and families on birth preparedness planning, financial saving, and emergency transportation readiness.<\/li>\n<li>38 onsite coaching sessions were conducted at the health facility level to provide bedside clinical mentorship and practical skill reinforcement directly to health workers during facility operations.<\/li>\n<li>37 HFOMC meetings were conducted at the health facility level to strengthen health facility management oversight, resolve operational challenges, and improve patient-centered clinic administration.<\/li>\n<li>31 minimum service standards (MSS) assessment sessions were conducted at the health facility level to assess health post readiness, audit medical equipment, and upgrade clinical infrastructure to meet national standards.<\/li>\n<li>8 infection prevention &amp; control (IPC) sessions were conducted at the health facility level to enforce strict hygiene, sanitation protocols, and waste management to maintain safe healthcare environments.<\/li>\n<li>1 rural obstetric ultrasound session was conducted at the health facility level to introduce point-of-care obstetric ultrasound diagnostics in rural clinics to detect high-risk pregnancy complications early.<\/li>\n<li>7 routine data quality assessment (RDQA) sessions were conducted at the palika\/system level to verify primary healthcare reporting accuracy, minimize data discrepancies, and build trust in routine health metrics.<\/li>\n<li>15 HFOMC trainings were conducted at the health facility level to equip Health Facility Operation and Management Committee members with leadership, financial oversight, and facility governance capabilities to oversee health post operations.<\/li>\n<li>13 clinical and technical trainings including ASRH Training (3), Implant Training (3), IUCD Training (3), CoFP Training (2), SBA Training (2) were conducted in coordination with HRDC, Surkhet, for healthcare workers from Jumla, Kalikot, Surkhet, and Jajarkot to strengthen clinical competencies in comprehensive family planning, adolescent reproductive health, safe delivery management, counseling, and emergency maternal and neonatal care.<\/li>\n<li>1 MNH updated training was conducted at the health facility level to update health providers on the latest clinical guidelines for emergency maternal and neonatal care.<\/li>\n<li>1 FCHV day celebration was conducted at the palia level with coordination with chhedagad plaika to recognize frontline Female Community Health Volunteers, boost their service morale, and highlight grassroots health contributions.<\/li>\n<li>1 referral workshop was conducted at the community level to streamline emergency transport pathways, reduce transfer delays, and improve coordination between community leaders and health facilities.<\/li>\n<li>5 social audits were conducted at the palika\/system level to facilitate public townhall feedback sessions to ensure transparent health post governance and citizen-led accountability.<\/li>\n<li>3 joint monitoring visits were conducted at the palika\/system level to conduct joint administrative supervision with municipal officials to monitor health post performance and address operational gaps.<\/li>\n<li>2 DHIS2 and HMIS training were conducted at the palika\/system level to strengthen digital health record management and ensure timely reporting<\/li>\n<li>1 palika coordination &amp; review meeting was conducted at the palika\/system level to review municipal health indicators and facilitate data-driven decision making for local resource allocation.<\/li>\n<li>1 pause &amp; reflect session was conducted at the palika\/system level to reflect on project implementation milestones, identify field bottlenecks, and adapt strategies for better program efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>1 semi-annual review meeting (district level) was conducted at the palika\/system level to review mid-year progress with district health authorities to align municipal health outcomes with broader regional goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"198\">15.
