9. Project Objectives<\/strong><\/td>\n1.<\/strong> Increase the availability and utilization of gender-responsive, high-quality, comprehensive, and integrated SRH services that are accessible, acceptable, and responsive to the needs of adolescents, women, and children.<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> Increase the adoption of practices among community members that advance gender equality and promote the health, rights, and autonomy of women, adolescents, and children.<\/p>\n

3.<\/strong> Strengthen the endorsement, enactment, and implementation of policies and guidelines by decision-makers that promote resilient health systems and uphold the health rights of women, adolescents, and children.<\/p>\n

4.<\/strong> Improve abortion experiences for all people using medication abortion and advocate for its broader adoption.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Key Results \/ Major Accomplishments<\/strong><\/td>\n\u2022 Local Project Advisory Committee (LPAC) Meetings:<\/strong> Conducted LPAC meetings to strengthen coordination, ownership, and collaboration among local government representatives, health facilities, community stakeholders, and project partners. Key project activities, progress, challenges, and future priorities were discussed.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Natural Leaders Training:<\/strong> Successfully conducted a six-day Natural Leaders training<\/strong> to enhance knowledge and skills related to SRHR, GBV, child marriage, and nutrition. Trained Natural Leaders are expected to support community mobilization, awareness raising, referrals, and advocacy related to SRHR services.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Community Action, Reflection and Transformation (CART) Sessions:<\/strong> Conducted CART sessions with community members to identify SRHR-related issues, reflect on existing barriers, and develop community-led actions and solutions. The sessions strengthened community participation, awareness, and collective action.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Social Campaigning:<\/strong> Conducted social campaigns to raise awareness of SRHR, gender equality, available health services, and referral mechanisms.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
