Documentation and Reporting Officer- 1 (Based in Chhedagad Municipality)<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibility:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Under the direct supervision of the Program Director, assumes primary responsibility for planning, developing, and implementing documentation strategies both project and organizational level.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, design, produce and disseminate write up visibility materials and communication products to highest quality and edit messages for promotional materials.Led quality annual, semi-annual report production of the projects and organization, edit any organizational documents, press releases, banners, brochures, multi-media presentations, annual reports, leaflets, storybooks, and other publications within the scope of organizational ethics and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Link, and update the organization on social media, and websites updates.<\/li>\n<li>Work with program team members to conceptualize and implement communication\/documentation strategies and campaigns based on the organizational target.<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen relationship building\/liaising with staff members, partners, and beneficiaries to collect quotes, data and other information, fully responsible for data protection.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain effective relationship and contacts with the government officials, I\/NGOs, media houses and journalist and other key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the media by organizing project site visits, facilitating photo coverage and TV footage and utilizing both web-based and traditional media as appropriate and maintaining a media database, records of media coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Compile the project data and analyze, write and distribute reports, including publications, website content, annual reports, speeches, and other promotional material that communicates the organization&#8217;s activities, and\/or services.<\/li>\n<li>Take personal responsibility for the quality of the case story, success story, and process documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Translate shorter pieces, and proofread translations from Nepali to English and vice versa<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with the Program team on the production of visual elements including video production, photo images, infographics, and graphic design work<\/li>\n<li>Supporting Knowledge Management and knowledge sharing within program and admin\/finance teams and across the entire organization<\/li>\n<li>Completing other responsibilities as requested by the Program Director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Competencies<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication, coordination, and facilitation skills<\/li>\n<li>Consistently ensures timeliness and quality of program and assigned work<\/li>\n<li>Treats all people fairly without favoritism<\/li>\n<li>Strong oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates integrity by modeling ethical standards<\/li>\n<li>Integrity, professionalism, and respect for diversity<\/li>\n<li>Ability to empower others and manage their performance<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams, delivering through and with others<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Education, Skills, and Experiences<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Good time management and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and social media platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with an updated CV and Cover letter at\u00a0<b><a href=\"https:\/\/gmail.com\/\">ptysm.jajarkot@gmail.com<\/a><\/b>\u00a0addressing to The Human Resource department, PTYSM Jajarkot, or can drop the hard copy of their CV and Cover letter at\u00a0<b>PTYSM District Office, Jajarkot- Khalanga or Field Office Thalaha Chhedagad<\/b>\u00a0within\u00a0<b>25th May 2022.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Please indicate the position title while applying on the subject of your application.
