Panchtarayuvasamrakshyak munch is a non profitorganization , head office is located at jajarkot district with more than 70 staff working in it. Beginning as a small team the organization has grown and expanded their range of services and today operates in every villages of the jajarkot including surkhet and jumla district in Nepal. From more than 20 years of its establishment it has work in different areas of economic development and employment, social justice , peace , child protection , health , agriculture to improve the worth of living. We are devoted towards the socio- economic development of the society and for equitable society. We are being consistently involved in project development and its execution in coordination with different governmental and non governmental organizations. Also involve in sector specific participatory approaches to empower the poor, women, marginalised, and disadvantaged people to reduce poverty, secure humanitarian and in times of emergency and conflict, and realise social justice and peace. One of the main intervention areas of PTYSM is to promote sustainable agriculture to enable small farmer households to realise food security and sustainable livelihoods, as about two thirds of the population is dependent on agriculture for livelihood. Another main focus is in the education services to the marginalized and conflict affected children and also focuses to their health , nutrition support and reduce the STD and HIV AIDS incidence in vulnerable community.Also we are enhancing our services sector in promotion of participatory forestry, NTFPs, and resilience to climate change and mitigation measures also focusing to awareness programmes for safeguarding the lives from natural disaster.
