Institutional capacity building

PTYSM gives stress to institutional development and therefore prepares action plans and a program based upon community needs and assists them in facilitation. Following institutional development activities and programs are carryout;

  • Formulation/ development policies of an organization.
  • CBO/CSOs Formation and planning capacity building.
  • Technical support to local government to review policy and Planning Reviewing.
  • Preparation of the Project work Plan.
  • Capacity development and training support for the subjective unit of local government.
Human resource development

To achieve its aims and objectives, PTYSM has prepared the following programs to enhance the human resources of its members and community members are accordingly:

  • Organize the various training programs i.e. Barger saloon, Mason, Electronic, plumbers, and consumers to enhance human resource mobilization and assist the development of construction Works.
  • Prepare training modules and provide teacher profession trainings.
  • Formulate the male and female groups and organize GESI related awareness training.
  • Organize leadership trainings for staff and members of CSOs.
  • Organize and provide community mobilization, group management, organizational management and development, and account and record-keeping trainings of staff and user groups.
