PTYSM Jajarkot has been working in the sector of child rights governance and child protection. The organization has developed and applied safeguarding policy as well as a child protection policy. PTYSM has jointly worked with the district administration office, the women and children office at the local government, Child rights protection committee at the municipality and ward level, Ward Education Committee, Community & School Based child clubs/networks at the community level. The following activities and programs are carryout under Child Protection and Child Rights Governance.

• Formation and reformation of Child clubs and networks.
• Capacity building activities for Child clubs.
• Formation/reformation, strengthening of CRC, WCRC.
• Support to local government to develop Child related polices, guideline and plan.
• Coordination and collaboration with DAO, DPO, and CRC.
• Emergency support to victims and vulnerable children as per need.
• Mobilize to Child champions/campaigners, religious leaders, and CSO for children-related issues.
