Vocational and employment based skill development for youths

PTYSM Jajarkot has been facilitating and support to youth in vocational and employment-based skill development. Need-based vocational and employment training has been provided to excited youth. The following activities and programs are carried out;

• Need assessment based on the profile of the municipality.
• Established youth information center for information and information for the youth.
• Assisting the local government in the collection of youth data and profile building.
• Coordinating to participate in youth self-employment and training programs of the local government.
• Linkage of trained youth with employer companies.
• Selection of participants for vocational and skill-based training.
• Support youth in establishment businesses.
• Facilitate and support to the preparation of business plans.
• Provide small-scale support to youth to smoothly run the businesses.
• Linkage to youth with micro-finance institution.

Enhance the lifestyle of marginalized people through micro-entrepreneurship

• Providing training in financial management and financial literacy.
• Linkage with bank financing institutions.
• To provide seeds for participation in small enterprise business.
• Conducting refresher training to promote small enterprise business.
• Liaise with bank-financed institutions to develop savings banks.
