PANCHTARA YUWA SAMRAKSHAK MANCH (PTYSM) in collaboration with World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal) is constructing school buildings and toilets in different locations of Jajarkot district under SHIELD-Integrated Program Framework. Therefore, PTYSM invites bids from eligible bidders for the same. Bidders who have eligibility a) for School Package i) The Average Annual Turnover for each of the past three years has consistently maintained a minimum of 7.5 million rupees annually, iii) has experience of a similar nature (institutional building) construction works (at least one contract of 5 million Rupees or above within last 3 years b) for Toilet Packages:- i) 3 years of work experience in construction sector can participate in the bidding process.

- Bidders can receive an electronic copy of a complete set of bidding documents from 17th Oct 2026, up to 17th November 2026, by 5:00 PM (Nepal Time), upon the submission of application along with copy of updated legal documents (VAT, Registration, license, Tax clearance of FY 82/83 or valid extension) in below email address.
- Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Proposal and the other (ii) the Financial Proposal, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of IFB 14 and BDS 14.1 of the Bidding Document.
- All bids accompanied by a Bid Security amounting as mentioned in above table (validity for 60 days) should be submitted in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders latest by 5:00 PM on 18th November 2026, in the address given below. The submitted technical proposals will be opened at the PTYSM office with Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend on 20th November 2026, by 1:00 PM.
- PTYSM reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
