PTYSM facilitates and supports for the establishment of good governance in development with meaningful participation of youth. PTYSM considered youth to be the major element of development. Through the transformation education class conduction, internalize the existing issues and youth are responsible to overcome and solving the issues. The following activities and programs are carried out;

• Support on development of youth profiles in the Municipality level.
• Formation and reformation of youth clubs and Networks.
• Capacitate youth in youth rights, the process of public hearings, and social audit.
• Emphasis and Support to execute Youth lead campaign (Total sanitation, Post ODF, Day celebration, Greenery Campaign)
• Support youth in planning, implementation and monitoring of community-based organization’s institutional development.
• Lobby and advocacy for youth-friendly budget planning.
• Orient and capacitated to youth in 7 steps of the planning process of GoN.
