8. Project Objectives 1. Improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities and vulnerable people through a holistic and inclusive approach.

2. Increase the climate resilience of the most at-risk communities and groups, including persons with disabilities, through inclusive, community-based adaptation and climate-smart local governance in the project areas.

9. Thematic / Component Areas Health and Rehabilitation; Economic Inclusion; Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR); and Climate Change Adaptation (CCA).
